Bill of £40-19s-9d enclosed- more to follow. Mr. Pinson had no claret to spare. No news of Mr. Holdsworth's taking Coombe House. JK had settled with Mr. Hurst till Michaelman except for Yara Market Contract. JS to keep the Market in repair, John White had Friend's House. Mr.Gretton spoke of fixtures he put in. Convenient house for Mr. Holdsworth. Price of Mr. Echelas not known, sweetmeats very good from West Indies. No new potatoes. Wine, bacon & the dog. Joe shipped on the Mount Galpin, Capt.Hill. Housekeeper needed instructions about bottling & pickling. Chair put out. Trees doing well.
