Synopsis:
JO had a copy of (Richard Honey's) will. J.Seale was 1st Guardian so must settle the business without Loss or Chancery (otherwise JO would be ruined, & bring Mr. Puddiscombe, who had kept too much money, to account. JO had proof of silver & clothe embezzled out of the house probably by the servant, who should be brought upon oath with Mr. P. JO's health has been bad since leaving Dartmouth so had not much time left. Correspondents were on the spot so could talk to J.Seale.
