Bathed for the first time that Saturday, suited Harriet well, but had to stop due to bad complaint: another violent expected complaint the first after the miscarriage. Intention not to leave till after the next Tuesday week. Anxious about Maria. Hopeful John would come to Dawlish. No news of Father. Request not to send potatoes unless already sent by sea: carriage of apples by sea had been so expensive. Hopeful that Mrs. Walcot's son was better. Little Tom back from walking, very lively: nurse had a bad cold. News of poor Mrs. Twisdon wanted. Good wishes fom Mrs. & the Misses Lister.
