The Assignees of Robert Newman late of Dartmouth, Shipbuilder lately Bankrupt, declare they have not given Benjamin Tanner of Dartmouth, shipbuilder, any right etc. to possession of the Building Yard Quays & other Premins at the Dock in Dartmouth; & authorise W.M.Goodridge to deliver up the keys of the same to John Seal.
